What is Rage Club?
Rage Club is a research space and safe learning environment to develop a conscious relationship with your anger. It helps you unlock the archetypal power of your anger, allowing you to use its energy and information in a safe and constructive way in everyday life.
Most people have an unconscious relationship with anger, either suppressing it or letting it explode. The goal of Rage Club is to heal these unconscious patterns and learn to feel and use anger consciously.
Whether you have "too little" anger or "too much," the solution/idea/strategy/approach is the same: building a conscious relationship with your anger so you can make clear decisions, set boundaries, and take action. Rage Club is for those who feel overwhelmed, struggle to say no, or lose themselves in relationships. It’s also about using anger and other emotions to create the life you want, with guidance and feedback from a team of fellow rage researchers.
What is Fear Club?
Fear Club helps you develop a conscious relationship with your fear, transforming it from a paralyzing force into a valuable resource. Fear often blocks people from acting on what’s important, but it is not something to eliminate. It’s a natural response that signals potential danger, although it doesn’t always mean actual threat. In Fear Club you experience how to distinguish between conscious fear and unconscious fear, which can limit your actions. Through practicing consciously feeling your fear while remaining present in your body, you can learn to use it creatively to navigate new, unknown situations. In Fear Club, we explore our fear at various intensities, experiencing that you can feel it and be ok, and healing old emotional fears. Fear Club helps you reclaim space in your life by embracing your fear, using its energy and information to move forward with courage and awareness.
