Gremlin Transformation Preface is about practicing the Basic Inner Navigation Skills (BINS) specific to build the Matrix required for someone to meet their Gremlin, the king or queen of the subconscious.
It is about experientially discovering what blocks Transformation - such as only living in verbal reality, pretending, making things right and wrong, being confused about your own defensiveness, constantly analyzing your experience and narrating it as it happens - and also practicing skills that enable Transformation - such as owning your attention, observing yourself NEUTRALLY from the inside, navigating into experiential reality, identifying your own reactivity, discovering what you hide and revealing it.
